THE INTERNAL POLICY OF OUR HARRIS STORES PROVIDES FOR RETURNS ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR AN EXPENDITURE EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN €200.
IF THE SPEND IS LESS THAN €200, YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF THE ORDER VALID FOR 6 MONTHS.
To request return authorization, you must contact us by e-mail or on our telephone number. Then HARRISOFFICIAL.IT will send a confirmation via e-mail and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
The return shipment made with the courier indicated by HARRISOFFICIAL.IT will be FREE .
If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.
The return shipment must take place no later than 10 DAYS from receipt of the order.
It is possible to exchange for a different size or a different color of the same item
It is also possible to exchange for other items with a cost equal to or greater than the item to be exchanged
As soon as the return is received, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases.
The Store Credit can be used only once within 6 months from the time of return;
must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days , and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all packaging received with the order.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the garments show signs of use.
The products must be returned in the original packaging and must also be packaged appropriately, in the same way in which they were received.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by HARRISOFFICIAL.IT , the customer is invited to immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org . HARRIS reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
Shipments made during the balance periods, i.e. from 03 January to 01 February in the winter balance period and shipments made in the period from 01 July to 14 August in the summer balance period may be exempt from the RETURN as per current legislation HARRISOFFICIAL.IT has no obligation to refund discounted end-of-season items.
The customer will have the opportunity to receive a STORE CREDIT of the value of the order with no expiry.
HARRISOFFICIAL.IT also reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Items already available are shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.
ITEMS IN "PRE-ORDER":
"PRE-ORDER" items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
Payment is made at the time of ordering, although goods are despatched later in the season.

Harris and its partners are official resellers of all products and brands that are offered for sale on this Site .
Harris offers a service exclusively aimed at the Final Consumer, to whom all the products on sale on the Site are intended.
" Final Consumer " means a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to his business or professional activity. Therefore, Harris reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the final consumer or in any case orders that do not comply with these Conditions.
On Harrisofficial.it, Customers can purchase items that are already available in stock.
The purchased item must be paid at the same time as the purchase transaction is closed, by credit card or by bank transfer. Alternatively, for shipments to Italy, cash on delivery is provided: payment of the order amount, only in cash, to the courier who delivers the package.
We remind new customers that the first order must necessarily receive a check from the bank that issued the credit card . Our bank will then contact your bank to confirm the details before we can proceed with the shipment. This verification could cause a delay of a few days in the shipment of your first order .
SECURE, EASY AND FAST PAYMENTS
By purchasing on this site, the customer's financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, personal data) will be sent directly to the bank in charge of the payment transaction (Banca Sella, Paypal or, again, other credit institutions affiliated with us ) via encrypted protocol. Harris, nor others, will ever have access to it.
It is possible to register one or more Credit/Debit Cards to speed up purchases: at the checkout it will be enough to choose the card without having to enter all the data again and this means more security for your data .
The products sold and the manufacturing brands are carefully selected for their rigorous quality control standards. However, Harris declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of your computer or a malfunction, even temporary, the colors of the products photographed or the characteristics displayed and described on the site may be different from the originals.
In order to place a purchase order on this Site, it is essential:
- place a minimum order of €30.00 (€100 for the USA);
- be at least 18 years of age;
- be eligible to enter into legally binding contracts;
- have a valid email address.
Harris's receipt of the order, sent by the Customer electronically, constitutes the Customer's contractual proposal. The acceptance of the contractual proposal will take place with the transmission by Harris of the email confirming the shipment of the order. If Harris does not receive acceptance within 15 working days, the contractual proposal shall be considered rejected. With the conclusion of the Contract, Harris undertakes to supply the Customer with the ordered products, under the terms and conditions provided, without prejudice to the right not to process orders against subjects who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall into the category mentioned above of the "Final Consumer" or that, for any reason, the ordered product is not available for sale.
By sending the order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe all the provisions contained in these Conditions in relations with Harris.
Therefore, forwarding the order implies full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Conditions, as well as of the additional information contained in the web pages of the Site referred to here and/or connected via links.
The order amount will be charged to the customer's credit card only when the package is ready for shipment. For anything not expressly regulated in these General Conditions of Sale, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code.
